By adding BotWave to your Telegram group or using the BotWave mini app, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use BotWave to violate Telegram's Terms of Service
• Do not use BotWave for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Respect the privacy and rights of group members
• Admins are responsible for how they configure moderation tools

Service Availability

BotWave is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime. We strive for 99.9% availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

BotWave is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. The service is provided free of charge.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of BotWave after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
